ur wrist is rly weak if u fall hard enuff to break ur shoulder then u would DESTROY ur wrist and because there are alot of small bones in ur wrist it take a long time to heal compared to other places

Well what she means is that the odds of breaking your shoulder are less likely to happen then if you put your hands in front of yourself because the wrist and hands are one of the weaker parts of your body.
